After Your First Season

In the middle of the season you will get the opportunity to apply for the upcoming season. If you are working your first season during the summer you will then get the opportunity to apply for the winter season.

We have limited positions to offer during the winter season. That means that you need to show your interest and do your best during the summer season to be able to get a position for the winter season.

If you do not recieve an offer for the winterseason you will be able to come back for the next summer season.

Career opportunities

There are various development opportunities with us, depending on what you want to do. Some colleagues enjoy discovering different destinations from season to season, while others want to develop and become leaders. For those who wish to take on a leadership role, we have internal processes and training programs to support this.

There is also an opportunity to apply internally to our airline, Sunclass, after completing one or more seasons.
