Working Hours
As part of NLTG’s Overseas & Hotels organization, you will normally work 40 hours per week with two days off. This is the standard schedule and planned in advance.
However, our business is dynamic, and unexpected situations may arise. For example, flight delays or other unforeseen events can affect your personal schedule. Overtime is not compensated financially, but your manager will do their best to provide you with time off on another day.
Days Off
Your two days off are usually not connected and may fall on any days of the week, depending on the operational needs.
Work Schedule
Your working hours may be scheduled during both daytime and nighttime. This is particularly relevant for positions with airport duties, where arrivals and departures occur at all hours.
If you work in one of our concept hotels, night shifts are rare and not part of your regular duties.
